Which themes support video and text?

I’m new to this—-trying just to pick an appropriate theme. I’d like to have photos, short and long text, and video on my blog. Which free themes support this?

While you can upload images and embed video on any theme like @timethief described, there are a couple of free themes that have special video treatments you may like:

Those two themes let you feature a specific video on your front page, if needed :)
