Which upgrade do I need?

    So I want to upload this WordPress theme….pretty sweet. But I’m not too code savvy. Which upgrade would I need? Custom CSS hopefully. The site instructions are as follows:

    Installation Instructions ( WordPress 2.8 or higher )

    1. Download and extract the latest version of the Thematic Theme.
    2. Upload the resulting thematic folder to your WordPress wp-content/themes directory.
    3. Download and extract the Neutica+ Theme.
    4. Upload the resulting neuticaplus folder to your WordPress wp-content/themes directory.
    5. Navigate to Appearance > Themes in the back-end and activate Neutica+.
    6. That’s it!

    This is not an upgrade matter at all. The instructiond you have posted above do NOT apply to wordpres.COM blogs. there is not FTP access to wordpress.COM blogs and we cannot upload themes or plugins into them The only themes we can use are located here > Appreance > Themes

    To achieve what you describe above you will need to hire a web host and download free wordpress.ORG software, export the contents of your wordpress.COM blog out, and import them into your new wordpress.ORG install. Please read this entry > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
