which upgrade is right?

Trying to get ‘wordpress.com’ off of the site and have it appear on google. IS there a number I can call to talk to someone?

With any of the paid upgrades you are able to register a custom domain name. That will remove the wordpress.com portion of your web site address.
Different paid plans also have different levels of support as well. We are able to help you in the forums here with the free plan :)

As long as your site is set to public, search engines like Google will automatically index it.
It takes time, though, and Google prefers recent content. You have only one post on your site, and all your pages were published in July or earlier. Start publishing some new content, preferably posts, not pages, and your site should start appearing more in search results within a few weeks.
