Which user roles can edit widgets?

  Look at the title ;)
  Admins, obviously…
  But what about editors, authors and contributors?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be an Admin to change the look (Theme or Widgets) of a site.

  Help hint: A search on “user rolls” (without quotes) yields the above link as the only choice in the Support Documents, total time, less than 1.5 minutes.
