Which widget on Selecta theme?

  Hi, on the Selecta theme http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/selecta/ how did that person get the 1,2,3,4,5 part to the rt of the frog? Is that a widget?? How do I do it too? Thanks

  I don’t see “featured posts” as an option.. can you help me find out how to create that pls?
