Which WordPress plan for customizr theme?

  Hi,

  I would like to use WordPress with the Customizr theme. The theme is free, but I have no access with the free WordPress plan.
  Which WordPress plan do I need to use the Customizr theme?

  You can add custom CSS when having a Premium or Business Plan.

  @globalnursingjulia You have created your brand new site here at WordPress.com. The Customizr theme is designed for sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software. It is possible to use that theme here but only by upgrading to the Business plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
