Don’t even bother. I’ll believe it when I see it, meaning, actually help you. In all my years I’ve never paid so much to get so little. By far my worst customer service experience is with WordPress.

I think that by ignoring me they’re hoping I’ll go away and they’re probably right!
Just trying to figure out what to do now…pity, 2 years and 1000s of posts etc. down the drain. I WAS told my files would remain intact but only up to last May 23 remained and even upgrading BACK to the Creator Plan has not allowed me to fix the issue.
Jetpack is not working and Hosting Configuration will not activate.
Like I typed before…

I’m sorry to hear you lost all of that content. That’s really terrible. I’d keep emailing them and see where it goes. Try going on Facebook or YouTube to reach out. They are owned by Automattic so perhaps reaching out to them might help too.

Nah, they’re business first and foremost, profit comes before customers so the more they ignore them the easier it is for them, losing a few customers is nothing to them.

And how long are backups of sites kept, I was under the impression that backups were only available for 7 days?
I have no site and have not had the site since Wednesday.

I meant Day 6 but anyway…Site back and fully restored to last Tuesday (12th) better than nothing!

I don’t think I NEED 200 GB personally but it just seems weird to not drop the price, even ever so slightly!
