White admin page password not working on FTP

I haven’t been able to log in to my wordpress properly in over a year and want to delete it. The user and pw works on the site but the admin page and everything other that the web page is white. I’ve tried doing the FTP thing but it authentication keeps failing on the pw. I’ve tried to reset the pw but it’s saying email address not recognised. I am logging into the site as the admin dashboard comes up on the web page but if I click on anything I just get white page. PLEASE HALP!

It’s wordpress.org btw but the help page for that won’t let me register. I’ve tried twice but it keeps telling me that the passwords it’s sending me are incorrect

We are unable to provide support for any blogs that are not hosted here.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
