  both my websites with you are down. i also cant get access to the admin or backend of the sites to restore.

  Hello!

  I looked at your websites on https://www.whois.com/whois/elysiumspa.me
  and https://www.whois.com/whois/filmlocationjozi.co.za

  It looks like you may have a WordPress site but not hosted with WordPress.com. Your filmlocation site is hosted with axxess.co.za, but I couldn’t figure out who your elysiumspa site is hosted with. It does have a status of ‘clientHold’ on the domain though, which is explained here:

  You need to reach out to axxess.co.za support to help you with your filmlocation site and OnlineNIC.com to deal with the ‘clientHold’ issue with your elysiumspa domain. They may be able to help you sort out where that site is hosted so you can reach out to their support too.
