White Borders for Table in Lodestar Theme?

    Hello. I have searched the forums, and I cannot find the answer to this specific question regarding using HTML to have white table borders (2 rows and 3 columns) in the Lodestar theme. I have a feeling that this theme has some kind of over-riding function that will not allow me to build a simple table with white borders. I am trying, but I can still see grey borders on multiple browsers on my “Our Work” page on the site. Does anyone have a clue how to solve this issue?

    I am copying my HTML code below.

    <table style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff;” border=”0″ width=”440″ cellspacing=”0″ cellpadding=”2″ align=”center”>

    <td style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff; padding-right: .5em;” valign=”middle”>

    <td style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff; padding-right: .5em;” valign=”middle”>

    <td style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff; padding-right: .5em;” valign=”middle”>

    <td style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff; padding-right: .5em;” valign=”middle”>

    <td style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff; padding-right: .5em;” valign=”middle”>

    <td style=”border: solid 2px #ffffff; padding-right: .5em;” valign=”middle”>

  • Hi –

    What browsers are you seeing this border issue in? I don’t see any gray border when I look at the site.
