white box on the front page

  Is it possible to delete the white box on the front page? i just want to have an image on the first page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The removal of the overlay requires CSS customization, so see also the Custom CSS support page, and the response by timethief in the topic Sela: Remove white box overlay on static homepage, which includes some helpful information and links regarding the necessary Custom Design upgrade.

  But is it possible to change some things in CSS without having WordPress premium?

  No. Some themes may allow you to change text font and color, or background color combinations. But these changes are all accomplished at Customize and without CSS coding.
