white box won’t disappear?

  There’s a white box covering my logo on my mobile website, but it’s not there on my desktop… is this the appropriate place to ask for help? I’ve searched the internet, and keep finding forums from wordpress IT folks that offer answers, but I can’t figure it out!

  I checked your website on an iPhone and an Android device, everything seems to work fine for me.

  Could you please try clearing the browser cache and cookies of your mobile browser?

  When I am on my desktop, and in WordPress, I adjust within the site itself, “mobile view” and it shows there — I’m sorry, I’m missing something! :(

  It seems to be there in “smart phone portrait mode” but not in anything else?

  It’s almost like the logo is “pushed to the left” a bit on some phones, so as to fit the white box — when the logo is centered, the white box covers my picture! :(

  Is the site you need help with the one in your original question, robinelisegardner.wordpress.com, or a different site? Since that site hasn’t had posts in some time, it’s likely a different site.

  Keep in mind that if the site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers, then the forums at https://wordpress.org/support will be better for this question. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
