White-on-white captions on Celsius theme

  Hello,

  In reference to this blog entry (https://earthingsblog.wordpress.com/2015/12/08/live-things-reese-lansangans-arigato-internet-album-launch/) I’m wondering why the captions are white text on a white background. I checked the theme’s defaults (I don’t have Custom Design installed) and it has captions as gray text on white. Could it be a problem with my theme or my configuration?

  Hi Kathryn — I’m afraid the text reverted to white-on-white. I don’t quite know why it happened…

  We’ve reset your site’s colours and figured out what was causing this in the first place – there’s a glitch when selecting a custom colour palette in the Customizer causing the captions to remain white when they should be a darker shade. We’re going to get this fixed up in the theme, but in the meantime, if you wouldn’t mind holding off changing your site’s colour palette for now, that’ll prevent the issue from recurring.   We think we’ve found a permanent fix for this. If the captions turn white after changing the colour palette again, please let me know and we’ll dive in again. Thanks!
