White page in the wordpress.com stats' page
-
Hello all!
I can’t see the statistics details when I click on Site Stats in the dashboard menu, I receive a white page! But I can see everything in my dashboard in my account on wordpress.com. I tried to uninstall and install again, didn’t work. I tried to go back from 1.8.1 to 1.7.3, but it didn’t work either. So now I’m back to 1.8.1 with WordPress 3.0.5.
I tried the empty cache trick, I tried all the browsers. So, I basically check for the same White page on WordPress.
So now, I need your help!

I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. However, I’m aware that when this “white page” happens it’s usually a Flashy issue.
- You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date.
- If it’s not up to date then this is where to download and install the latest version of flash.

-
Please post which browser and version of it you are using as Staff are going to ask you for that information. They will also ask you to do as follows:
- You could have a browser issue so try changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies – instructions for specific browsers.
- Note that when you make adjustments to your browser settings — changing privacy settings, deleting cookies or increasing security — you will need to close your window and restart the browser before those new settings become effective.
- You could try upgrading your browser.
- You could try using another browser.

I am now with WordPress 3.1 and the Stats plugin’s version is 1.8.1.
I tried on FireFox 3.6.13, Flash version 10,0,32,18
I tried on Internet Explorer 7 (7.0.5730.13CO). Flash version 10,1,102,64
And I tried on Chrome, but I’m not at home, so I can’t tell you which version I’m using.
Refresh, clearing cache and cookies. All have been done. The result is the same: White page in the stats page.

Just an update… I just tried with version 3.6.14 of Firefox and Flash version 10,2,152,32. I still get a white page!
