White page on user profiles

  I use Ultimate member plugin And when I upgrade an older version to a newer version… I can not access user profiles.. I just get a blank page when I try to access any of them… Contacted Ultimate Support.. and they spent a couple of days checking things out… Finding out nothing was wrong with their plugin.. Also no one else has that problem with the plugin… Just wondering if anyone could help me resolve this issue.. (FYI I did disable all plugins and that did not help)
