White page – Website not loading

  My website is not loading. I have partnered with my hosting site and the have increased our memory 3 times and still it is not working. When i go to my site this message appears

  I have not idea how to fix this. please help!!!

  It sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site with Jetpack installed improperly. Though this is out of the scope of this forum, I would recommend accessing your site via FTP and deleting the Jetpack plugin from the plugins directory and seeing if your site loads. If your site loads successfully, try re-installing Jetpack.
