white screen

    Hello,
    I am not familiar with editing websites and have found that I have been having a lot of issues trying to get a basic website created. With that being said, I wanted to start from scratch with my website and ‘reset’ everything to start fresh. Well I some how reset the website and now when I go to the web address there is nothing but a white screen that appears. Please advise of what I can do to retrieve my website.

    Can you share the URL of the site you’re working on? I don’t currently see any sites in the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here.

    If the site is hosted here with us, can you also tell us a bit about what you’re having trouble with? Perhaps we’re able to help.
