White Screen

  A few days ago I did a WordPress update and updated plugins as well. My website now has a white screen and I can’t access my site to fix it.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. What most likely happened here is that one of your plugins did not update correctly, and now it’s preventing the site from working. To fix this you need to access your site’s files via FTP at your host and delete the plugin causing the problem, and then re-install it once you can access your site again.
