White Screen

    I can’t do anything to change my blog. The menu shows on the left, but the rest of the screen is white. None of the links do anything. Is there a simple solution to this?

    The dashboard indicates wordpress updates are available. I downloaded the latest version, unzipped it, pasted the install.php file into the browser but says there is a problem with php files? I don’t know what php files are, or what programs are needed to read them… Read further about manual installation of new files via ftp site. I downloaded FileZilla but can’t get it to link to WordPress. I really have little idea what all this php, ftp stuff is all about….

    Help Me! I just want to edit my blog! Thank you.

    The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

    The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.
