white screen

    I’m trying to edit a page or a post and when I click on file name, I get a white, blank screen.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there – was this working previously, but then suddenly stopped working? If so, we have a few questions to help get us started on troubleshooting.

    1. When was it last working correctly?
    2. Do you recall changing or updating the theme before this issue started?
    3. How about uploading or updating a plugin before this started?

    Any other details you can provide about when and possibly what might have caused this to happen would be helpful.
