White Screen After Payment is done

Dear Sir,
After the customer complete the Payment at checkout, there is a white screen appear while the order has been done and I have received the payment already.
Meanwhile, The Payment through Payment Method of Check or Transferer to a Bank Account is not completed because the white screen appear before the customer see the next screen of Bank Account Number.
Please advise.

Hey there @moddaly2006, sorry to hear that! Issues that require payment can be tricky to troubleshoot, but I’ve got some ideas.
First, do you remember when this issue started? Based on the context I have so far, it sounds like it could be a plugin conflict. You can check out your activity log here to see if any changes correlate with the start of this issue. I can see you’ve uninstalled some payment-related plugins since getting in touch; did that resolve the issue?
You might also try the Health Check plugin. It allows you to test up a test session where you can deactivate all but the essential plugins to determine which one is causing problems, without changing plugins or appearance on the live site. You can still place orders in that mode for testing, and then cancel those as needed.
