White screen of death!

  trying to migrate one WordPress site into another..

  have copied the ftp files across, exported the database sql file from the first site, uploaded it into the new site, ran a find and replace on the database to match the new site url and finally updated the Wp-config file to match the new database on the new site…

  when I go to the new site I am presented with a white screen, any ideas on where I am going wrong
