White Screen of Death

  I am experiencing the white screen of death after I activate a plugin. I went out to search for different fixes but none of them works because I do not have access to the database files. I am not the direct owner of the site, I am one of the admin, how can I go into live chat with the support team?

  Hi there,

  From your description you’re using the open source version of WordPress, which is not the same thing as WordPress.com, as explained above.

  If a specific plugin caused this, contacting support for that plugin directly is your best option for help with this. That said, fixing this will most likely require access to the hosting account for the site, which you won’t have access to as just a WP-Admin user. So you’ll most probably also need to reach out to the site owner so they can take the necessary steps to fix this.
