White screen of death

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am encountering an issue with a persistent white screen error on my webpage since yesterday. About a few days ago, I installed a backup plugin (UpdraftPlus) and suspect it might be the cause of this problem. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the page to navigate to my dashboard and remove the plugin.
Would it be possible for your team to address this matter from your end? I lack expertise in coding and technical troubleshooting for websites. Despite seeking online assistance, I am unable to handle technical issues beyond my expertise, especially due to time constraints.
My website is http://www.fabulouseverafter.com. I urgently seek your assistance as the site has been experiencing this issue for over 9 hours, resulting in a substantial loss of traffic.
