White Screen of Death after installing Sliced Invoices

    I have just tried to install the Sliced Invoices plugin in and now my site is inaccessible. Whenever I try to visit the site or the wp-admin I am returned a white screen with an “error CoreModelSettingsSiteSettingsInterface”.

    After looking around i figured this must be the white screen of death?

    I have therefore installed filezilla in the attempt to remove the offending plugin. However I am unable to connect to the ftp site as it says the login details are incorrect (I know they are correct). I am unable to use filezilla with wordpress.com? If so, how to I remove the plugin as I am unable to access the dashboard.

    Please help!!

    Hey there,

    It doesn’t look like you’re currently hosting mariaatchia.com with WordPress.com. You’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress (.org), which is a very different thing. If you’d like to learn more about the differences, check out the support article here.

    For your problem, you may want to contact your web host, bluehost.com for assistance with this problem, or you may get some help at the WordPress.org forums.

    Hi there,

    The site you sent is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s running on self-hosted version of WordPress. Over here, we can only help you with the former. If you have any problems with the self-hosted WordPress, you can always ask it in the support forum: http://wordpress.org/support/

    With that being said, if you are not able to access your FTP, you’re best off contacting your hosting provider :)
