White Screen of Death Help

Hi – after the last WordPress update (7th of July) my website is just a blank screen when I try to go to http://www.mark-renshaw.com or the wp-admin screen. The website does work if I go to mark-renshaw.com but I cannot access admin.
Go Daddy say it’s not a hosting problem and even restored the website back to a date in June but it didn’t fix the issue. I’ve since restored it back.
Following some instructions online, I managed to turn debug on via FTP and the error I’m getting is, Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data02/68/3839968/html/wp-config.php:1) in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data02/68/3839968/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1219
I presume that means there’s some issue with my wp-config.php at line one but line one looks fine, it is just <?php andhas no whitespaces etc. The rest of the file is complicated, certainly far more complicated than the samples I’ve looked at but as I’m no PHP expert I haven’t a clue.
Any ideas?
