White Screen of Death on WordPress.com?
-
I am currently helping a local group update their website. They gave me login information for a WordPress install that I am very sure was self hosted. While updating the site, I got the dreaded “White Screen of Death”. I asked for their FTP login info (which I now realize I should have done first) and nobody within the organization has it.
They do however have a paid WordPress.com login which shows a version of their site which is over a year old and doesn’t reflect any updates made since September of 2014. The name servers are pointed to WordPress.com but none of the changes I made are reflected on the site.
I’ve reached out to the previous web developer to see what information they can give but I haven’t heard anything back yet and would like to get their website back online as soon as possible.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like another designer moved the site to non-wordpress.com servers and I just need the FTP login to make changes. Could the mods please delete this post? Thank you.
