White Screen on IOS

  I can’t access the dashboard or edit a new post on my site. I’ve always accessed WordPress.com on the Chrome app for IOS. I run 9.3, so I can’t use the app. It worked fine until a few days ago, and now all that shows up is a white screen with the WordPress logo. Is this due to using an IOS device to access the website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It would be great to know the following details:

  1. Which version of Chrome are you using?
  2. Does the same problem also occur in another app/browser like Safari?

  Just let me know and we can go from there.

  I’m using the latest version of Chrome available to IOS 9.3. It’s not the latest, which requires IOS 10. The same issue occurs in Safari. I never upgraded to IOS 10 since I’m using an IPad 4 for this. Would upgrading the OS fix this?

  Thanks — the same problem occurring in multiple browsers points to a possible internet connection issue. Could you try visiting obliviouslifeformtech.wordpress.com while connected to a different network to see if that makes a difference? For example, home, work or a friend.

  Hi there,

  You should update your device to the latest version it supports (v.10.3.3) and see if the problem persists.
