White screen when trying to update profile

  I can’t get my profile to update – all I get is a white screen.

  I have used three different browsers – and yes, I cleared the cache of each one as was suggested by another article here.

  (Firefox, Explorer 8 and Google Chrome)

  Are you able to help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, did you do a full restart after clearing cookies and cache? It’s important.

  Yes – I did a full restart, but I will try again (I just put firefox on today because I saw that it was a recommended browser for wordpress activities – although I HAVE updated before just using explorer and had no trouble.)

  Just did the whole thing again and it is still not wanting to work for me.

  I have updated before – recently in fact (to change an address)

  I hope it is something that can be fixed.
