White screen with plugins (not WP), dash icons are blank boxes, etc.

  Hello, I need some help with my WordPress.

  I cloned my WordPress installation with DigitalOcean. Basically, duplicated the server, changed the domain name, among other things.

  I am getting a blank screen on plugin settings pages (only new plugins), such as CloudFlare, Thrive Themes Ovation etc. Anything with a Settings page is blank.

  Also, the Jetpack icon (on the dash) is a blank box.

  I think it points to a plugin issue, in general. But I am unsure of what to do. I changed some permissions to see if I can fix it.

  You failed to provide actual URL and that’s an issue for us as 30% of those who post here ought to be posting to wordpress.ORG support http://wordpress.org/support/

  Type the actual URL into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the sites please so you know where to post for support.

  This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
