White screen/cannot log in to admin panel

I am unable to login to my website anecdotaldose.com
When I type it into the address bar, it says there is a server error. The same thing happens when I try to access the admin panel. So, I cannot access anything to make any changes.
My site is hosted on WordPress.COM, not .ORG, so I do not have an FTP client that I can access as a backup, etc, etc.
This happened after I tried to install a new theme. I applied changes, and, when I tried to preview the website, I got the “server error” message and was kicked out of the admin shortly thereafter.
Any ideas? I would greatly appreciate them! I’ve scoured the internet and cannot find any advice for .COM users (everything is for .ORG)
