White space above menu bar on all but home page

Hello,
I am working on a website — http://www.shaktionline.com/site
The menu looks good on the Home tab, but if you click on Photos or Videos or anything a white bar appears between the menu and the header.
I think this only happened after I started putting sub pages under the “Photos” and it might be related to submenus or something, I really don’t know. Any help would be appreciated!
