White space between the header and the articles

Dear support team, I am very new on wordpress and this is my first website. I have tried many themes and I always have a small technical issue to do what I want to do on it, I want to do a very professional website. So now, I have selected the theme Bulk.
Here is the website : http://www.simili-consulting.com/
On the home page, there is the title and slogan of the website and a white blank space before our first article. How can we remove the title, slogan and this space ?
Normally in a website, on the home page, you can scroll and have all other pages, how can we do it and not only have the last article?Thank you for your help!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
