White space between title bar and content

  I’m using a theme, so i’m not familiar with all the code.

  I’m trying to remove some of the space on my website between the title bar and content, and between the title bar and the navigation bar. ie; I want to shrink the padding between the navigation bar and the ‘home/###’ text

  Any code or CSS recommendations?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
