white text in entry

  Hi, I’m pretty new to blogging, and was courageous enough to set up a little blog for my students of Spanish as a third language…. Now we’ve come across the following problem:
  A couple of students wanted to write entries and found the selected font color to be set to white apparently. That is, in the field “title” everything was fine and their typing could be read. In the main text field, however, their typing would not appear, only the cursor would move, and the typing would only show once marked. It seems as if the font color had been set to white, although they had not manipulated their settings yet. How does this occur and how do I / do they change it?
