White Thumbnail

    Hi,
    When I am sending my website in social networking website, Thumbnail is white
    I contacted my Template Author and this is his feedback:

    ‘Regarding not showing image when you are sharing your site on social networks. Problem could be in one of the plugins which adding code in html file => with this image

    So the reason for that in one of the plugins, unfortunately we can’t say for sure which one. However, you can try to contact to WordPress support ask their assistance. Possible plugin can be jetpack, but we can’t say for sure.

    Having many installed and activated plugins also can be a reason for errors in wp debugger.’

    Please help me to find the solution

    I checked your site. It is not hosted on WordPress.com, your domain http://www.alyce.pink points to ipower.com. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.

    I will still try to help you. There is a possibility that the cached data needs to be updated. Here’s how you do it.

    For facebook:
    – Go to Facebook debugger link https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
    – Type URL of the blog or post you wish to share
    – Click on Debug
    – Click on Scrape Again
    – You will see that the image is updated. Image can be site icon or post image.

    For twitter:
    – Go to Twitter debugger link https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
    – Type URL of post
    – Click Preview card
    – You will see how your post will be shared
