White/Black Box Blocks Screen

Hey everybody, I am having a strange problem which I am not sure if there is a solution.
Starting last night, when I log onto my dashboard a black or white box appears on my screen and stays there no matter which WordPress page I am on. It’s even here now as I am typing this up. It appears right around where the little video about WordPress appears in that yellow table that explains different features and things you can do with your blog (if you are a new user I am assuming).
I am not sure why it appears, but it doesn’t appear on any non-Wordpress pages and when I minimize the browser it goes away (so it doesn’t look like it is my screen).
Has anybody else had this issue or have a solution?

The first thing to do is to make sure it is not a browser issue. Try clearing your cache and cookies:
