  You don’t own any WordPress.com sites with us. Both sites in your account are self-hosted WordPress sites, just connected here via Jetpack.

  If that service is being blocked, it’s likely being done by a security plugin on your site, or else a security feature managed by your hosting provider, neither of which we have any control over.
