Whitelisting a commenter?

  How do I whitelist a comment author? One particular person is having trouble with her comments going into the spam bin. She is known to me & trusted, so this is really frustrating.

  Hi there. The Akismet spam filter is a learning program, so if you consistently mark her comments as Not Spam it should stop filtering out her comments eventually.
