Whitelisting a domain

Hi,
When I try to connect my domain to a new wordpress site, I get an error message that indicates WordPress.com’s automated system is flagging a term in my domain. However, after speaking to the automated customer support I understand that this is something that is incorrectly flagged and that I need human support to manually review and approve the connection. What I’m struggling with is to get a hold of an actual human as I don’t have a paid account. Can anyone help me get this sorted?
