Who are our viewers?

  We have a private blog – we sent invitations out to about 50 people. But we often cannot see the email addresses to which the invitations were sent, only their WordPress screen names, and these are often sufficiently obscure that we don’t know who they are. We can click on the screen names but very few people have gravatar profiles. How can we associate a screen name with the email addresses we sent items to? Alternatively, can we not view the users by email address rather than by screen name?
