Who are the viewers on my private site?

  If my site is marked private, then why do I have views? Sometimes it’s up to 8? Who are these people?

  I haven’t. The site is marked private which states it is visible to only viewers I invite. I haven’t invited anyone.

  Could it be that the views are yours? I was wondering the same thing as I do not want my blog public until I have learnt more.

  On private blogs the views of anyone on that blog, whether it’s the admin or people who were invited to the blog, will show in the stats. So, basically your own views are recorded on a private blog.
