    who are you and how this has come up. i thought that my emails were dealt with ionos and my website was wix who are you. i have problems with sending emails to gmail accounts they keep bouncing back can you advise and what does it mean by paying as we have never paid you anything

    WordPress.com is a hosting platform for an adapted version of WordPress. If your emails are on ionos and your website with wix, wordpress.com is in no way involved to your site and emails. In other words we can’t help with your bouncing emails.
