Who can delete my username?

  Checked the forum and no luck.

  My mistake I selected user name not blog. Is there a way to amend this? or even delete the username and start again?

  If you go to http://en.wordpress.com/signup/ you can create a blog with that username anyways to create whatever blog you want. Only other way to change your username is signup again with a different email address.
