Who can I call to talk about my account?

I upgraded to premium right after setting up my site, but then decided I wanted to self-host. Before the 2 days was up, I tried to cancel. It wouldn’t let me and wouldn’t send the cancellation link to my correct e-mail address. I do not want to be charged for the upgrade or the domain. According to my account, it continues to say that I will be charged on May 2nd for the upgrade.

I just checked on this and the cancelation went through. You won’t be charged. Let me know if you need anything else.
