Who can see the Meta widget?

  I can see the meta widget in my blog sidebar. Can readers also see it? If yes, how do I hide it from them, or edit it, so that they are not clicking on the Admin link and accessing the Admin settings in my blog? Please help me to better understand how meta widget works.

  Everyone can see it. Nobody but admins of that particular blog can log in as admins and get access like that.
