Who can view Site Stats?

  Hi, this is a simple question which I just need to confirm the answer to. Site Stats – is it only those in the Administrator role who can view them? I can’t find anything definitive to say that Editors and Authors cannot and it is a hard one to test.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  That’s a good question. Sorry if it’s not information that is listed in our support documents. I’ll make sure that’s fixed. All users who are members of your site can see the site’s stats.

  Of course, Followers cannot see this, but others can.

  I’ve actually gone into a site as a test user set up as an Author and can see the Stats so it appears that you are correct. Would you be able to confirm what roles can see the Site stats, as you wrote below it is not covered in the Help documentation. I suspect that it extends to Administrators, Editors and Authors but not sure about Contributors??

  Administrators, Editors, Authors, and Contributors can all view Site Stats. It is only Followers/Viewers who cannot see the stats.
