Who do I contact to get my subscribers moved from my .com to .org blog?

  Hi, I have just moved my blog from wordpress.com to self hosted using wordpress.org. Can I move my email subscribers across to the new instance? It seems this has to be done by WP staff? Who do I contact to get this move completed? I have already downloaded and installed Jetpack… thanks.
