Who edit’s new tags in my site?

  At times, often, I find new tagas in my post, that I did not issue them. They are like ‘00000’, fff00, and many other forms.
  So my question is ‘Who does this?’

  The problem insist! I delete tag “000000” but it keeps coming back.
  No answer yet from your part.
  Some suspect the door is open to google for monitoring and applying control filters
