Who gets access to email support on my team

  Hello, my website is humanscienceinstitute.org.

  I have invited several people to be authors and some to be administrators. What level of access on the site do you need in order to access this email help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In order to get access to email or Staff only support through the contact form, your authors/administrators would need to have purchased an upgrade themselves. If they haven’t done that they can get email support at help@wordpress.com or can post their question to the forum.
